Lt Gen PRAKASH MENON PVSM, AVSM, VSM (Retd)

Lt Gen Prakash Menon is the Director of the Strategic Studies Programme. He has a decorated military career, including extensive operational experience in commanding counter-insurgency operations. He holds a PhD and has been involved in post-retirement government roles. Lt Gen Menon is recognized with three Distinguished Service awards - PVSM, AVSM, and VSM. His current focus is on teaching and research, particularly in the role of force in statecraft.
