Dr R DE CASTRO, PHILIPPINES

Dr Renato Cruz De Castro is a distinguished professor at De La Salle University, Manila, and an adjunct faculty member at the National Defence College of the Philippines (NDCP). He has held visiting fellow and researcher positions at institutions in Japan, the U.S., and D.C. De Castro conducts professional courses on International Relations, Strategic, and Security Studies, and is a module director for the graduate course on International Security Studies at the NDCP. He is also a prolific author with over 100 articles published in various international journals and is recognized for his contributions in political science. De Castro holds a Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina and completed his education at the University of the Philippines.
