VICE ADMIRAL AMARULLA OCTAVIAN

With a diverse background, Prof. Amarulla Octavian has accomplished a robust military career, including training at various prestigious institutions and commanding roles, covering naval operational and strategic positions. Prof. Amarulla holds a master's degree from Université Paris 2 and a doctorate in Sociology from the University of Indonesia. His professional career encompasses service as a Naval Flag Officer, followed by leadership roles in academia as the Rector of Universitas Pertahanan Republik Indonesia and currently as the Deputy Head of the National Research and Innovation Agency.
